Q.

Allercet

Hi there!

My daughter is 3 years and 6 months old. I`ve been giving her 2.5ml allecet syrup every night for the past 2 weeks. She seems to have a bit of a cough, no runny nose. After I have givin this to her, she is fine, and even sleeps through, if I dont give it, she coughs at night? Is this okay to give every day, espesially with the change of season, or is it addictive?Does this medication effect her in any way?

thank you for your time .

Allecet is a very safe antihistamine medicine. It is the generic form of Zyrtec. This medicine only needs to be given once a day, prefrably at night. It is not addictive. The dose for your daughter is; Allecet Syrup 5ml at night.
