My daughter gave my 2 year old grandson a sip of Smirnoff Storm. When I queried her, my son in law replied " That he must learn about alcohol" . How dangerous could this attitude be?

This is completely unacceptable behaviour and both parents need to be warned that this is regarded very seriously by health professionals and by social services. To aggravate matters Smirnoff Storm is a strong vodka based alcohol drink [7% alcohol by volume]. In fact giving this to a 2 year old child is regarded as a form of child abuse and both parents can be charged. If the parents persist with this behaviour they should be reported to your nearest social services offices or you can discuss the matter with your GP.

the only thing that a two year old should learn is how to walk, talk, speak ,solve puzzles and play so two year old do not know how to call thier names properly .i do not think giving alcohol to a two year old would help him with development the only thing it will delay development the child will regress .as parents we do not count our blessing to be having healthy babies without no abnomalities now that the baby is born you want to deform by giving him alcohol = reduced brain cells thank you
