ADVICE ON LACTOGEN FORMULA

MY BABY BOY IS 12 WEEKS OLD. HE WEIGHS 7.2 KG. WHEN WAS HE WAS BORN HE WAS ON NAN, BUT IT GAVE HIM TERRIBLE CRAMPS SO FROM 6 WEEKS I CHANGED TO LACTOGEN. PLEASE TELL ME:
ACCORDING TO THE CONTAINER HE IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE 175ML X 5 PER DAY. I CANNOT GET HIM TO LAST FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS WITHOUT A BOTTLE AND ARE CURRENTLY GIVING HIM 150ML X 6 PER DAY. THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS HE SEEMS HUNGRIER THAN EVER AND SOMETIMES CRIES FOR ANOTHER BOTTLE 1 HOUR AFTER HE HAD THE FIRST. I TRY GIVING HIM SOME WATER BUT HE WILL DRINK 25ML -50ML OF WATER AND THEN CONTINUE CRYING FOR HIS BOTTLE.
PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO STRECTH HIS FEEDING TIMES WITHOUT LETTING HIM CRY FOR HOURS BECAUSE OF HUNGER

You have a hungry baby and he is on the correct formula for this.He seems to need at least 175ml per feed which you probably need to give 6 times a day at this stage. You will need to start solids when he is 4 months old.He is too young to have water and in any case water will not make him feel full and satisfied.
