Q.

8.5 month breathing through mounth

Ho Doc,

My LG 8.5 month old likes breathing through the mounth most of the time and not though the nose. She is perfectly well otherwise no flu and her nose is clear. Should e concerned about this or should i just leave her?

You are correct. Your baby should not breathe through her mouth. She must have a blocked nose, but has learnt to breathe through her mouth. This is very difficult for babies to do normally. Please ask your paediatrician to see her and find out why she is mouth breathing at such a young age.
