Q.

7 MONTH OLD BABY WITH floppy glottis

Dear Prof
My daughter is 7 months old she has a floppy glottis laringamalation and was in hospital a while back the ENT said she also had swollen adonoids I use salex to keep her nose clear twce a day and i often neubulize her once a day
Is that suffient to keep it under control until she out grows the floppy Glottis and will be big enough to have the operation done
will the swollen adonoids go away

The swollen adenoids will not go away by themselves, but keep her nose as clear as possible with the Salex drops. This is very important as she has laryngomalacia and it is important to keep her upper airway as clear as possible. This is until her larngomalacia starts to disappear and her adenoids can be removed.
