6 year old and back tooth

i noticed that my six year old daughter''s back tooth is coming out
last night she was complaining of head ache and she had a slight fever together with a flemy cough and ear pain - could this all be because of the tooth she is also asthmatic and I give her one puff of Flexitode every day twice a day and a teaspoon of dyselex every night - please help

The temperature and cough won''t be related to the tooth and although ear pain can be from teething, it might be likely that she has an ear infection which is why she has the temperature.
