6 month old and flings

hi there,
my son is 6 months old today and i would like to know if i can give him flings (chips) to chew on. i am just scared he is going to choke. He has one tooth and another one is about to come. he is a very hungry boy, he is eating purity pears, banana, peaches, apple, he does not like the foods. along with breastmilk and formula.
what do you suggest?
thanks

You should definitely not give your baby any Flings. They do not provide nutritional value and in any case may cause your baby to choke when trying to eat them. They also contain food colouring and MSG which is not recommended for babies.Your baby would benefit from adding cereals to his diet. Rice or maize cereals are recommended.

Hi Dei, I gave my 6 month old flings to chew on on the advice of a friend and he loved it ! He sits upright and I hold out a fling and he takes it. They dissolve in the mouth when they come into contact with saliva and I haven''t had any choking incidents. It helps a lot with the itchy gums!
