Q.

5yr old with Bloated Tummy

My 5yr old daughter has a very large (blaoted lokking) tummy. She is not over weight at all. She has been dewormed in December. She has a healthy appetite. Not constipated but does pass really smelly winds at times. Not sure why her tummy looks so bloated?

Paediatrician

This is not uncommon but your daughter is getting a bit 'old' to still have this bloated looking abdomen. It can be a feature of a condition called coeliac disease. If she is underweight for her age it may be a good idea to see your paediatrician.
