Q.

5mnth old not sleeping well

My 5 month old baby wakes at least 3 times per night. He has Cerelac at about 18 00 and his last bottle of Nan pelargon formula at between 18:30 to 19:00. Goes to sleep between 19:00 - 20:00. Wakes at around 01:00 for either some water or formula and then again at 03:00 when I give him formula if he didn' t drink at 01:00. After that he moans about every half hour until round about 04:30 when he' ll fall asleep for maybe another hour or two. What can I do to get him to sleep better at night. He' s not a big sleeper during the day either.

Your baby seems to be hungry. He may feel more satisfied on a formula such as Lactogen1. He would also benefit by adding more in the way of solids to his diet now such as apple or pear in addition to the Cerelac.
