5 month old won''t take bottle

My 5 month old baby doesn''t want to drink her formula. I think she is teething. She is happy otherwise, and will eat hr cereal and purity veg, but just sees her bottle and starts screaming. She won''t even take her dummy.
I''m worried about her getting enough fluids. I have applied teething powder and given her Panado (not at the same time, but over the day), but she still doesn''t want to drink.
What can I do to get her to drink - Please help.

It is almost certain that your baby's refusal to take the bottle is due to her teething. You need to relieve her pain and discomfort of her gums. The most likely place where her teeth will come through first is in the centre of he her lower gums.Apply Pansoral gel to her gums especially in the middle of her lower and upper gums and gently massage her gums with your finger. She should soon start drinking normally.
