Q.

4 yr old wont eat &  talk

Hi Doc

i have a 4 year old daughter who is lactose intolerant,
she wont eat any solids, if i try she will even vomit, she is not active, her teeth are too small i cant find lactose free food for kids, and she is not even gaining weight,she only eat fish and i am very concerned,
what can i do

I am very concerned about your daughter. You do not mention her weight. You also say that she is not talking and won't eat solids. Your daughter must be seen by a paediatrician and a proper diagnosis of her condition must be made. If she is indeed lactose intolerant still then she must be under the care of a dietician as well.Please let me know what the paediatrician tells you once your daughter has been seen.
