4 Year old''s eating habbits

I have a 3 and a half year old son. I''m a bit concerned about his eating habbits. He eats only little bits at a time. And half an hour later he''s hungry again. He says he''s full and even if I try to get another few bites in, he says he''s full.
He also suffer from terrible bad breath. And if he goes without eating something for an hour, he starts getting nauseas and complains of feeling dizzy.

Paediatrician

We do need to take notice of your son's unusual eating habits and his symptoms. If he has such bad breath he may have infected tonsils. His other complaint may be related to him possibly having a low blood sugar. It is essential to take him to be seen by a paediatrician. It would be helpful if you wrote your questions down as you have done here to take with you when you see the doctor so as not to leave out any of your son's symptoms.
