Q.

4 YEAR OLD SON COUGHING

HI PROF PLEASE ADVICE , MY SON HAS BEEN COUGING SINCE FRIDAY AND ITS VERY PHELMY, HE COUGHS UP GREENISH MUCUS , HIS CHEST SOUNDS WHEEZING BUT HE SAID HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY PAIN
HE HAS NO FEVER
IS THERE REASON TO BE CONCERNED OR WILL THIS GO AWAY I AM GIVING HIM COUGH MEDICINE PLEASE LET ME KNOW KNOW IF I SHOULD TAKE HIM TO A PEAD
I HAVE BEEN RUBBING KAVOL CHEST RUB, PANADO AND COUGH MED THATS ALL

There is quite a lot of pneumonia going around at present. I am concerned that your son is coughing up this greeenish mucous. It would be best to ask your doctor to see him.
