Q.

4 YEAR OLD SON

Dear Dr
On sat my 4 year old son tummy was so swollen , it looked like he was pregnant , he did not have pain , no vomitting and no passing of stool, the dr said its constipation and gas and prescribed pedicol sachets( I THINK thats the name its in a white packet( it msut be taken in 60ml water daily )
problem is he does not want to drink it , can i dilute it in his milk nido 3 , but that is 140ml at a time
will it still work , Is there any reason to be concerned about this tummy so swollen it was hard and looked abnormal it has gone down since BUT he has not passed a proper stool yet, Must mention he always suffers from constipation BUT USES dulpalac in the milk , But his tummy never ever swells up
