4 year old daughter and antibiotics

MY DAUGHTER IS NOW 4 YEARS OLD SHE WAS BORN PREM AT 28 WEEKS. SHE HAD THE RS VIRUS, AS WELL AS THE MRSA BACTERIA. FROM END OF JANUARY THIS YEAR SHE STARTS WITH A RUNNING NOSE, THE IT TURNS IN TO PNEUMONIA OR BRONGHITUS, SHE IS SINCE THEN ON ANTIBIOTICS WITH A WEEK INBETWEEN COURSES, SHE HAS BEEN TO 4 DIFFERENT PEADETRICIANS, BUT NO ONE COULD SORT IT OUT, SHE WAS TESTED FOR ALLERGIES, WE WAS TOLD TO AVOID DAIRY, APART FROM THAT EVERY THING IS NORMAL. WHAT CAN WE DO. ITS NOT GETTING ANY BETTER IS THERE ANY OTHER DR THAT WE CAN CONSULT
