4 weeks old

My daughter is 4 weeks old. She is on Isomil 1 (90ml every 3 hours). She has a dirty nappy at least 3 times a day, morning, night and midday. the poop is a mustard yellow in collour and is a little runny, like a thick soup consistency. Is this normal, or does she have diahorea. Please help...

This is normal for a baby on a soya formula such as Isomil.
