Q.

4 month old + sleeping

My 4 month old baby girl has always been a good sleeper. She used nap about 3-4 times a day with 2 of the naps lasting for 1-2 hours. Lately (for the last week) she has been having quite a hard time falling and staying asleep. She now struggles to stay asleep for more than 30 minutes and she only naps 2 a day. Also, she has been sleeping through the night (7pm - 6h30am) but has woken up at 04h30 the last 2 days. I feed her 5 times a day (170ml for her 1st 3 feeds and 210ml for the last 2 feeds). Any idea what is going on?

Your baby is showing the first signs of teething which is normal at her age.
