Q.

4 month old

Hi, my 19 week old baby is consistantly gaining almost exactly 200g per week (she weighs 7.1kg at the moment). Is she gaining weight too fast? (she''s on formula).

I know all babies are different but roughly how much is she supposed to weigh at the moment? Thanks!

The average weight for a 4 month old baby girl is 6.4kg. Your baby's weight is above the average but is not excessive. Her weight falls on the 75th percentile line of the growth chart which places her in the top 25% group for weight in her age group.
