It is unusual for a child of this age to be so specific about where he has this pain and also being able to relate the pain to food. It would be best to ask your doctor to see him. It is possible that he may have appendicitis or a condtion caused by swelling of the lymph glands in the abdomen known as 'mesenteric adenitis'
