3month olds weight

Hi Doc, my 3month old eats a lot (currently only on breastmilk), he weighs 8kg, he was 3.5kg at birth. Is the anything i can do to slow down his weight gain?i feed him every 4 hours. Please advise

Many babies thrive like this when only on breastmilk, which is of course best for him.He is a big baby and his weight is above average, but well within acceptable limits. Don't worry about his weight as long as he is healthy and happy all is well.
