Celestamine and Betanoid are powerful cortisone medicines which are not used for infections. It sounds as if your son has a tonsil infection and may have a condition called mesenteric adenitis where glands in the tummy swell up with the tonsil infection and cause a tummy ache.He should be seen by his doctor and may need an antibiotic.
