3 month old twins

I am a little worried, my twin 3 month old boys dont pass a stool everyday!
if I read books, they have to at least 3 times a day!

I have discussed with the doctor, gave me some medicine, but I am still worried....

they are on formula, once every second day I give them a few spoons of baby cereal.

This can be quite normal and many babies only pass a stool once every second day. As long as their stools appear soft and normal and they are not battling to pass a stool there is no need for concern.

There' s youre problem right there, youre giving them cereal and they are not ready for solids yet! They are probably constipated because of the cereal. Im not so sure if they are suppose to pass stools that many times a day, Ive read that new born babies sometimes dont pass stools every single day, and that that is normal. Anyway, lets hear what the paed has to say, but solids are only introduced from 4 months onwards and because baby' s gut is not ready for solids before then, it creates all sorts of problems when you do it too early
