Q.

2yr old need milk?

Hi, my daughter is turning 2 now and just recently started refusing her milk. She was on Nan3...only drank about 300ml per day, but now she refuses. Only wants juice/cooldrink. I have tried cows milk and Nido, but se refuses to drink that too. She eats porridge with cows milk, though. Should I just leave it? Thank you!

Your daughter is at an age where she does not need all that much milk any more, about 2 cups a day is usually recommended.I presume that she eats a good mixed diet and is growing normally. As long as your daughter gets milk on her porridge and eats yoghurt and cheese she should get ebnough calcium. She should only have dilute fruit juice once a day.
