Q.

2y4m cannot build puzzles

Dear Prof

My son who is 2y and 4 m old cannot seem to grasp at all how to build a puzzle. Not even a 3 piece one. Is this normal? It is a bit worrying to me. He is also the little one with the Chiari 1, so I remain concerned that he has a cognitive deficit. If he does, we want to address it immediately to give him the best support in his learning possible. Many thanks!

It is rather unusual for a child of this age not to be able to build a very small puzzle, so it would be an idea to give him some support now.
