It is very likely that the cause of your baby's constant mucous coming from his nose is due to him having enlarged adenoids. Use Salex nose drops twice day to clear his nose as well as suctioning the mucous out of his nose once or twice a day using a nose suction device called a "Nosefrida" If his nose does not clear after 2 weeks it would be best to see your paediatrician.
