Hi Doc,

My Son has been throwing up since yesterday when he eats and he is coughing as well. We took him to the GP today he said there is a swelling in his glands, he can''t keep anything down we are trying to give him enough liquids i am not sure if we should take him to a paeditircian. Please advise.

Your son's symptoms are not due to swollen glands. He may have a gastic infection but more likely is that he is starting to develop whooping cough. Please take him to see your paediatrician.
