At their age your twins should be eating a reasonably normal diet. They may prefer to eat food which is not too coarse or diffucult to chew.Always offer them their food before giving them their formula. It may help if they joined the rest of the family at the table for all meals. First let them try to feed themselves with a spoon. Later on you can try to give them some of the food still left on the plate, but don't force them to eat. They will slowly start to eat more and more but only when they are ready.
