Q.

20 Month old's diet

My girl has 220ml 2% milk after breakfast and at bedtime, appart from the milk she has in her tea and the yogurt and cheese she eat daily. Is this enough calcium and when should she stop with the two bottles of milk. She is a very fussy eater and only wants pasta or chicken/meat/fish and wholegrain provita. No veggies or fruit. She does drink fruit juice diluted with rooibos however. I give her Viral Guard daily as 'n multivitamin because she refuse and fruit and veg. Is this ok? She weighs 12 kg

Your little girl is doing well her weight is above the average for her age. Many children of this age refuse to eat vegetables and only start when they are a bit older. She is drinking diluted fruit juice. She is drinking the correct amount of milk per day and with her cheese and yoghurt is getting plenty of calcium.Viral Guard junior is a good choice for her
