Q.

20 month old- eating habits

My 20 month old girl is a fussy eater. But what i am concerned about is her diet.
I do give her a vitamin (VITERAL). In the morning, she loves her porridge at 10am and then she has her rooibos tea bottle with cows milk at 11am. Lunch time she eats and then again her rooibos tea bottle/juice/nesquick.She has a snack after lunch time at about 4pm. She has supper at 6:30pm and her rooibos tea bottle. What should I give her instead of rooibos tea all the time? What fluids?

At your daughter's age she should be having at least 2 cups of milk per day.
