2 YEAR OLD TWINS

DEAR DR PLEASE ADVISE ME MY TWINS HAVE RUNNY NOSES FEVER AND ARE COUGHING A WEEZY WET PHELMY COUGH WHEN THEY COUGH THEY CRY AND THEN ITS JUST PHELM THAT THEY VOMMIT THIS WAS SINCE SAT NIGHT HOWEVER THE CRYING WHEN COUGHING HAS SUBSIDED BUT THEY STILL COUGHING THEY DONT WANT TO EAT I AM GIVING THEM TEA WITH HONEY AND WATER PANADO FOR THE PAIN AND KARVOL CHEST RUB AND SALEX DROPS IN THE NOSE
FEVER IS GONE
HOW LONG SHOULD THIS TAKE TO CLEAR OR SHOULD I TAKE THEM TO A PEAD (THEY ARE PLAYING AS NORMAL)
WHAT CAN I GIVE FOR THE COUGH
OR WHAT OTHER MEDS CAN I USE
WHAT IS WRONG DO WITH THEM IS THIS SORE THROAT OR FLU

You children have both got bad colds and a virus chest infection called bronchiolitis. They are already starting to get better and you really treated them well and correctly. They do not want to eat becuase their noses are still blocked so keep up the use of the Salex nose drops.They are playing normally but still coughing. Their cough is a natutral reflex to clear their chests of mucous. Give them Mucospect daily to help to clear their chests.
