2 year old - marks after vacinations

Hi. My toddler is 2 and a half years old. On each arm, she has a bump - where she had her necesarry vacinations. She often complains that her arms are sore or itchy and she srachtes it. Is this normal? Must there be a bump or a nob under her skin on the place where she had her vacines?

A small bump often occurs in the place where a baby is given the first vaccination known as BCG soon after birth. This is usually on the upper part of the left arm. No other bumps should result from any of the other vaccinations.
