Hi there,

My son is 2 years old and will not drink his milk out of anything else beside his bottle, I have bought him so many cups but he refuses to drink from it. He will even suck the bottle empty and when I try take it away from him, he screams blue murder!!

What can I do to get him off the bottle and drink his milk out a feeding cup? Also he wil not sleep without his bottle.

Please advise me.

Many Thanks

Don''t stress, he will come off it eventually. Have you ever seen school-going kids with baby bottles? Lol.
My son is 3.5 now, and I left the bottle until just before his third birthday. Altho he stopped using his bottle publicly at around 2, he still enjoyed it at night, or some mornings, and I didn''t force him to ''quit''.
The transition went well due to a lot of discussing and pointing out smaller babies with bottles.
I also didn''t force him off it because he was at creche full-time, and they stop the bottles at around 1, so at home he was still allowed, because I felt it was his source of comfort.
Good luck.
