Your little girl has a bad eye infection. Clean her eyes with dilute salt water, a quarter teaspoon of salt in a cup of boiled and cooled water. Wipe her eyes from the nose side outwards and use a clean cotton wool swab for each eye. Discard the cotton wool swabs after one wipe. Do this 3 times a day. if her eyes are not better after 1 day she must be seen by a doctor or clinic nurse.
