Q.

18 months injections

Please advice, my son will be turning 3 this year and he still has not received his 18 months injection - NOT because i have not taken him, just because they have always find a reason NOT to inject him - red throat, runny nose, just came off of antibiotics, i have had him at stork''s nest 5 times for this injection but they refused, apparently the 18 month injection could be very dangerous to give if the immunesystem is low? they also say i have up to the age of 4 to give him this injection?
i certainly do not want to take changes with my child, but is it not to late for this injection?

thanks
