Your baby's fever is not particularly high, but the problem is that her fever is ongoing. It is diffficult to tell you what is causing her fever as there are several possibilities such as a urinary tract infection, an ear infection or a viral illness such as roseola which is also called 'baby measles' It would be best to ask your doctor to see your baby.
