18 month old 2 yellow teeth

My son is 18 months - born prem,in nicu for 1 month, last yr in hosp with bronco pnemonia-front and side tooth are yelowing, others are fine. Is this normal or due to antibiotics &  meds he had at birth? Eats well, loves milk and water,yoghurt-no sweets, doesn'  t like juice. Is there reason for concern? Zymaflor ?

Your little son's teeth discolouration could well be due to the kind of antibiotic which he was given when he was treated for pneumonia last year. It would be worthwhile asking your dentist for an opinion if this is a cause of concern to you.
