I am concerned about your young baby's ongoing diarrhoea. He has been immunised against the rotavirus so should be protected. He may have a problem with lactose intolerance. Stop his formula feed and only breastfeed him. Also stop the Buscopan as this can be dangerous if he becomes dehydrated. He does not need Calpol either. Keep up with extra sips of Rehidrat solution. If his diarrhoea continues he must be seen tomorrow and assessed for possible dehydration and also admission to hospital for fluid therapy.
