Q.

16mmnth old not walking yet

Hi doc, My 16month old son is not walking yet. He will only walks against the furniture. Should I be worried? If not, by what age should I get worried?

It is not necessary to worry yet. Many children only start walking at 17 or 18 months.He is showing some signs that he is getting ready to start walking.

I don''t think you should worry that much. My cousin''s baby boy started walking at 18 and half months. At least your son walks against the furniture which i think is a good sign. Boys are sometimes slower than girls in terms of development. Just be patient with him and don''t rush him, in his own time he definitely walk.
