16 month old teeth breaking

I really need your advise. My 16 month old son''s front teeth have been chiping off. I am puzzled cause I never give him sweet stuff and I brush his teeth everyday. Hi other teeth also have a white cloudy colour which does not come off when I brush them.

He is currently on the nido milk and have rooibos tea now and then.

Is there anything that I can give him.

It seems that your little boy's teeth are very brittle. The mottled teeth you mention he has could be due to excessive amounts of natural flouride in your town's water. This can be found in some Northern Cape towns for example. As teeth that are excessively brittle and chip off can be a sign of a condition called 'osteogenesis imperfecta', it would be best to ask your dentist for an opinion about your son's teeth.
