15 MONTHS WITH HERPES

DEAR PROF PLEASE SEE BELOW CAN I USE THAT Sachet Blackcurrent Rehydrate AS WELL THANK YOU

DEAR PROF
MY SON HAS HERPES PEAD PRECRIBED ZOVIRAX, FOR 5 DAYS STOP PYNE 5ML EVERY 8 HRS IF NEEDED AND DAKTARIN GEL 3 TIMES A DAY
HE DOES NOT WANT TO EAT AND DRINKS VERY LITTLE
I THINK THE OTHER TWIN IS GETTING THE SAME THING WHAT SHOULD I DO TO HELP HER OR THEM WITH THIS
WHAT CAN I GIVE TO AVOID DEHYDRATION THE PROBLEM IS THEY DONT WANT TO DRINK MILK PLEASE ADVISE HOW YOU FEEL I SHOULD DEAL WITH THIS I VALUE YOUR JUDGEMENT AS YOU ARE VERY EXPIRIENCED WITH KIDS THANK YOU

Thank you. You will see that a similar question came up recently. This is an illness called herpes stomatitis. The correct tretament is Zovirax and your other twin should be on the same medicine. Apply Teejel to the painful ulcers in your children' s mouths. Do not use Stopayne which contains codeine and causes constipation and dependency.If they will not eat or drink they need to be seen in a paediatric emergency unit as they may need rehydration.
