15 month old sleeplessness

I have a 15 month old girl who has never slept through the night but the last 3 months she is becoming very restless at night.
She eats solids at about 6:30 and has her bottle with First Growth milk at 08:00 she is awake at about 10 and then at about 11:30 -she sleeps untill about 1 in the morning from 1-3 in the morning it is a battle to get her to sleep she toss and turn -cries and moans. From 3-5 she seems to sleep better. She also drinks allot during night - 3 bottles - one with milk - one with juice - one with Rooibos tea. What can I do different to help her sleep better.

Your little girl does not appear to be hungry but something is causing her to be wakeful and restless every night. The most likely cause for this may be a reflux problem and the effects of the acid reflux in causing her discomfort.Give her Gaviscon Liquid 2.5ml at night and see if this helps her. You may have to increase the dose of Gaviscon to 5ml at night if she does not settle. If the Gaviscon helps then she does have acid reflux and you should take her to see her paediatrician so that she can start on more effective treatment.
