Q.

15 month old diet

What foods should be avoided for a healthy 15 month old who is a bit shorter than average but his head circumference is norma?l.He is developing physically and intellectually very well. He has a tendency to get a phlegmmy chest every time he gets a cold at creche. I want to know which foods he is too young for and which foods can make him sicker, so as to avoid those. I have been bombarded with old wives'  tales and want the truth.

Your son can eat any and all healthy foods. He sould avoid salty foods such as chips and artificially flavoured foods, also sweets and cold drinks with preservatives.
