Q.

14 month old diet

Hi Doc

Since my baby turned one I started him on Nido. Ever since his appetite is not what it used to be. He spits out his cereal (tried many different types). He hardly eats his lunch but he will have supper if I allow him to feed himself. He loves his milk and can drink only that if i allowed it. He is currently on 3-4 bottles of Nido a day. My question is does the Nido fill him? Should I get him a vitamin. Please note that he is gaining weight though

Thanks

Your baby certainly likes the Nido which is filling him up. Give him his food before the Nido and don't let him see the Nido botttle before he has eaten his food. Allow him to feed himself as much as possible. Three bottles of Nido per day will be enough.
