13mth old has 1 foot point in when walki

Hi Doc plse help, my son now 13mths old started walking at 12 mths. We resently noticed that his right foot points inwards towards the left and he has a slight limp almost not noticed. But this is a major concern for me. Any advice on how to rectify this problem? My mom said my foot was the same and they were supposed to get a shoe to rectify this but they did' nt and my foot is fine. I am not taking this chance....

This is probably perfectly normal and it is far too early to be concerned about his right foot turning in slightly. His foot will probaly correct itself as he devlops his walking.Keep an eye on his progress and if you are still concerned when he is 18 months old ask your paediatrician to see him.

I know it is a concern what if when they are adults and the foot is still the same you will end up blaming yourself...Nieta
