Q.

12 month vaccinations

Dear Doc

The sanofi pasteur schedule lists the following vaccines as required at 12 months:

Hepatitis A Vaccine (Paediatric)
Varicella Vaccine (Chickenpox)
Conjugated Pneumococcal Vaccine

Is it wise to have 3 vaccines all on the same day - is there not a chance that they could react with each other and then be less effective?

Many thanks

Your baby can have 2 vaccinations on one day and the third one can be done 2 weeks later.
