11 MONTH OLD BABY WITH COUGH PLEASE HELP

DEAR PROF I WROTE IN EARLIIER SAYING MY BABY IS COUGHING HAS A RUNNING GREEN MUCUS NOSE AND SLIGHT TEMP BUT I CONTROLLED IT WITH PANADO SALEX AND VAPOUR RUBU MENTIONED IT MIGHT BE BRONCHIOLITIS THE LAST TIME AT 4 MONTHS SHE HAD THE SAME THING AND WAS HOSPITALISED WITH BROCHIOLITIS I AM MONITERING HER,HER NOSE IS CLEARING AND IS NOT FEVRISH HOWEVER SHE IS STILL COUGHING AND HAS ALLOT OF PHLEM
IS THERE REASON TO BE CONCERNED
IS IT ANYWAY POSSIBLE IS CAN BE PNEUMONIA WHAT IS THE SYMPTOMS TO LOOK FOR PLEASE ASDISE IF I SHOULD TAKE HER TO A PEAD THANK YOU GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR GOOD WORK
