10month old not eating

My 10 month old has gone off all solid food. He still drinks his bottles but every time I offer solid food he just spits it out, I try and try but what ever I offer just gets messed all over the place. Until a few days ago he was eating very well from a range of foods. What could cause him to just stop eating? He doesn' t have a fever.

Your baby has only just stopped eating his food, so this is a recent problem. He may be teething or he may have a throat or ear infection. As he does not have a fever an infection is unlikely. Don't force him to eat. As long as he drinks his milk he will be alright. This is probably only a very temporary problem and he will start eating again soon. Offer him very finely mashed foods while he is like this.

my baby also did that, at 8months old tho, just stopped eating, worse she didnt like her milk either. had her checked, all was fine, she was still as active as usual. she just liked youghurt. she has been like that untila few weeks ago at 15months, just started eating, for me that was a miracle. she survived on cereal and milk. try giving purity meals esp at lunch and mix with the purity fruits to make it taste well, used to mix like say 3/4 jar of veg, chicken &  rice with 1/2 jar of four fruits, the taste was great and she' d eat almost all of eat. jus give it a try, even if he refuses at first, dont give up, yu cld try the fruit one first then add the meal wen he gets used to the taste
