Q.

10 months and solids

Hi Doc
I am trying to feed my LO food that is more solid than his usual pureed food but he seems to gag when I feed him. Im trying to get him to eat our food as well but he refuses. I just want him to get used to more solid food. How can I get him to eat these foods.

Just be patient. This is extremely common. Many babies will not eat coarse foods and you just have to continue to puree his foods until such time as he is ready to try coarser foods. It may take several months still before he is ready.
