10 month old with Bronchitis

Can I bath my grandchild as usual, about an hour before her mom picks her up in the late afternoon? (By that time it is cool already we live in Bethlehem).

She was taken to a GP a week ago and her mom was told it was " nothing just a bit of sinus" , making mom feel like a paranoid first mom. and gran like she did not raise 2 kids or is old fashioned. Finally mom took her to another older GP in the same practice today and now she has Bronchitis and mom and gran are on the same road, probably caught it from her.

It probably is not a good idea to bath a young baby and then fairly soon afterwards take her out into the cold late afternoon air.Your baby granddaughter has a cold now and probably a mild form of bronchiolitis. This is an illness caused by a virus infection. This particular virus called RSV is very easily spread usually by contact with someone who is infected already.
