Q.

Sleeping too much,(between 12-14hours a day), how do I cut down on sleeping?

I suffer from Bipolar disorder and are unemployed at the moment and on medication for Bipolar disorder.. But I sleep more than 12 hours a day. I would really like to cut back on my sleeping and be awake more. How can I decrease my sleeping?

You should first check that the sleepiness s not due to the medication you are taking for the bipolar disorder. Ask your psychiatrist.
